To provide and maintain a safe, productive, and drug-free work environment for all persons employed by YAZOO RIVER TOWING. To ensure that YAZOO RIVER TOWING will meet the requirements of its customers by maintaining an active anti-drug and alcohol program for its employees.
To comply with current federal testing guidelines that require certain employers to establish anti-drug and alcohol programs. These programs are intended to reduce the incidence of drug and alcohol abuse through employee education as well as drug and alcohol testing procedures.
YAZOO RIVER TOWING will strictly comply with these guidelines and will follow such other procedures as are necessary to provide a drug-free work environment and to comply with the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988 as well as all other applicable regulations.
